My name is Guillermo Carvajal. Born in Venezuela to Colombian parents, educated in the U.S., and now an Australian citizen, I bring a global perspective to every project. With a background in creative direction and strategic problem-solving, I’ve worked with clients across multiple continents, evolving from traditional roots into a creative thinker who combines innovation and insight to address unique challenges
Growing up as the child of immigrant parents, I learned the importance of fitting in and adapting to new environments. Moving across countries and cultures reinforced this mindset, often leading me to downplay my own identity. But over time, I discovered that staying true to myself brought the most fulfillment. This journey of self-discovery shaped my belief that creativity isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. It’s how I solve complex problems and how I seek to create a meaningful impact.
Today, I’m pivoting my focus from brand-centered work to designing solutions with a broader, more lasting impact. I believe that creativity has the power to address complex challenges and inspire change in ways that resonate deeply with people. My mission now is to craft solutions that go beyond the conventional, delivering real value and creating connections in a rapidly evolving world.
For me, creativity is the truest expression of my experiences, values, and aspirations. It allows me to bring my entire self into each solution I create.
